Judy Addington, LMT, CR, FCCI, BCRS, CVRS, LSH

Judy Addington is a nationally certified massage therapist (NCBTMB) with licensure in Tennessee, certified in reflexology with the International Institute of Reflexology (IIR), certified as an Internal Hygienist with Wood Hygienic Institute, certified in Usui Reiki –Master Level, and a fully certified CARE International instructor (Center for Aromatherapy Research and Education).

Background
Judy knew her life’s calling was in the medical field after fifth grade. She had originally planned on becoming a nurse and was involved in volunteer work as a candy striper at the local hospital in her home town and a member of Future Nurses Club during high school.
As sometimes occurs, the road forked and she took what she anticipated to be a temporary detour on her life’s path (a year or two). After graduating college, she married her husband, Glenn, and they eventually had 2 beautiful children who are now grown. With her inborn nature to be a nurse, she practiced daily at keeping her family healthy. Even though she owned and operated 2 successful businesses during the years while raising her children, the thought was never far from her mind that a medical profession was still beckoning.
Taking the plunge, she passed a nursing entrance test; while waiting for the program to begin, Judy took classes in reflexology and was hooked. She then went on to massage therapy training which was followed by an internal hygiene course. Shortly after that, she was introduced to essential oils and her life was transformed considerably. She found them to be so life changing that she became a certified CARE instructor. Her passion is to share with and educate others in natural health choices and wellness and to use essential oils in her work with clients in providing relief through the modalities she practices. Judy has 2 office locations for client appointments. She has also been affiliated with Integrated Health Concepts for 3 years, is a practitioner with Waterfalls of Wellness Healing Center, and has worked with 2 hospitals in the Tri-Cities Region of Tennessee.
