VitaFlex Technique

VitaFlex is an effective healing modality applying pressure to reflex points on the body. It is a type of electrical stimulus technique done with fingers and thumbs. Our skin contains pressure sensitive receptors and applying even a gentle amount creates an electrical charge that is then discharged along neural pathways restoring homeostatic balance and encouraging healing.
VitaFlex has been practiced in the U.S. since the 1950’s. It is beneficial for the colon, spine, sinuses, head, neck, ears, lungs, bladder, thyroid, sciatic, and lymphatic system. Essential oils have electrical properties, and when applied with VF (VitaFlex), both are even more effective since they work in synergy with each other.
